You can directly import contacts from your Gmail Mail Account by logging in your Gmail account using Option 1 below or you can follow the steps in Option 2 to manually import your contacts from your Gmail Address Book.

:- Open outlook Express.
:- From the File menu, select Export.
:- From the Export submenu, select Address Book.
:- The Address Book Export Tool will appear.
:- Select Text File (Comma Separated Values) and click on Export.
:- Choose a location to save the file by clicking on Browse and assign a name to the file
:- Check the fields you want to export and click Next.
:- Click Finish to complete exporting your Address Book.
