• Open Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2002, XP, or 2003
• From the File menu, select "Import and Export"
• Select "Export to a File" and click "Next"
• Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click "Next"
• Select the Folder from which you want to export contacts and click "Next"
• Provide the path of CSV file in which you want to export the contacts and click "Next"
• Click on "Finish" to export.
